Astrofishicist products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wide range of designs and styles.
Order Processing
All Astrofishicist items are printed on demand. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before an order ships.
Please note that production times may be longer during peak seasons or high demand periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete and vary by destination and shipping method. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping, though delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking links may take 24 to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the fulfillment location. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Shipping Delays
Astrofishicist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Astrofishicist cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
